Stephanie Vaquer’s Career: WWE vs. AEW Status
WWE or AEW?
Vaquer is signed exclusively to WWE. Her main roster debut came on June 2, 2025, when she appeared on Raw. Contrary to some online confusion, she has never wrestled for AEW. Her pre-WWE work was primarily in CMLL and NJPW.
Return to Action
After a brief period away from television, Vaquer returned to competition. By mid-2025, she had captured the WWE Women’s World Championship, a title she has now held twice as of September 2026.
In 2025, Stephanie Vaquer defended both the NXT Women’s Championship and the NXT Women’s North American Championship on the same night. That achievement is frequently cited as a milestone in NXT history.
Current Championship Reign
As of September 2026, WWE sources list her as the reigning Women’s World Champion on Raw. She also won the WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Championship in 2025.
Is Stephanie Vaquer Injured? Update on Her Wrestling Status
What We Know About the Absence
There is no official confirmation from WWE or Vaquer about a specific injury. A Reddit discussion speculated that a work visa situation, not an injury, caused her temporary absence. That information is not authoritative.
Neither WWE.com nor Wikipedia mentions the nature of any injury. Claims about a “return from injury” are based on speculation rather than confirmed medical reports.
Return to Competition
Despite the uncertainty, Vaquer has been actively wrestling on Raw and defending her title. Her comeback is evident from her championship wins in 2025 and 2026.
Does Stephanie Vaquer Have a Husband? Personal Life Details
Reported Relationship with Myles Borne
No official source confirms a husband. The Portuguese Wikipedia entry for Vaquer states that since 2025 she has been dating WWE NXT wrestler Myles Borne, and an article from Briefly describes him as her boyfriend. This points to a reported relationship rather than a marriage.
Sportskeeda’s player profile says there is “no specific data available regarding her current relationships or marital status.” The evidence supports a dating relationship, not a confirmed spouse.
